Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to

• Break the law, facilitate fraud, or violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• Generate, facilitate, or distribute malware, credential theft, spam, harassment, exploitation, or content that is abusive or intended to cause harm.
• Make decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review, transparency, and safeguards.
• Submit sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and permission to do so, or use the Service in a way that violates privacy or data-protection laws.
• Probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; bypass rate limits or billing; or interfere with other users’ access.
• Reverse engineer or extract the model or underlying service, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived.
• Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service except as permitted by our written agreement.
• Use API outputs as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, housing, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you submit, the way you use the outputs, and making sure your use complies with applicable law. Keep API keys secure and promptly revoke a key that may have been exposed. Do not treat model output as guaranteed fact; review it before acting on it.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect the Service, users, or the public, or to comply with law. We will provide notice where practical. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error.
