Information we handle

• Account information: sign-in and profile information handled through Clerk, including your email address and account identifier.
• API credentials: API keys are shown to you when created and stored by Reflex as a hash and identifying prefix. The account interface may keep your key in your browser’s local storage so you can use the API console.
• API inputs and outputs: the state, messages, questions, and related request data you send, and the responses needed to provide the API. Inputs are sent to service providers that run and host the inference service.
• Usage and billing records: request counts, input-token totals, model identifiers, timestamps grouped by day or hour, billing status, and Polar customer and meter identifiers needed to meter usage and show your balance.
• Technical data: information required to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website and API, such as network and request metadata.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, provide and secure the API, measure usage, link usage to billing, prevent abuse, maintain the Service, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the Service, including Clerk for authentication, Cloudflare for hosting and API infrastructure, an inference provider to process API requests, and Polar for checkout, payment, invoicing, and customer billing. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. Polar acts as merchant of record for purchases through its checkout.

Retention and security

We retain account, usage, and billing information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Usage history is stored as aggregate request and token totals. We apply safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We do not publish a fixed retention period at this time.

Your choices and rights

You can manage your sign-in information through the account interface and cancel paid subscriptions through the Polar customer portal. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law allows or requires it.

Children

The Service is intended for developers and businesses, not children. Do not create an account if you are below the age at which you can consent to online services in your location.

International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate safeguards apply to international transfers.

Policy changes and contact
